Hungry Hound is looking for Retail Associates to join our team and provide excellent customer service and are comfortable adding on products and services. The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times. We offer flexible schedules which are perfect for those attending high school/college.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers (including their dogs.
• Answering customer's questions about specific products and services.
• Cross-selling products.
• Coordinating with a team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
• Informing customers about discounts and special offers.
• Accurately scheduling grooming appointments.
• Being comfortable with answer phones and using a computer.

Requirements:

• Must love dogs and cats.
• Have a friendly and approachable personality.
• Be punctual and able to work the hours assigned.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English and basic math skills.
• Comfortable answering phones and using a computer.

Schedule:

• Ability to work one weekend day and evenings is required
• Out by 7:30 on weekdays
• Out by 5:30 on weekends
