Come join our team at Wythe Candy & Gourmet in historic Colonial Williamsburg and help deliver on our mission of providing outstanding customer service in a fun and relaxed work environment. We are currently looking for Retail Sales Associates who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, operating cash registers to complete sales, and helping replenish inventory in candy cases and on store shelves.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Prepare food products in-store using chocolate and caramel dipping pots, as required.
• Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Communicate customer concerns or requests to management.
• Maintain orderly appearance of the register area.
• Ensure all display cases and shelves remain adequately stocked and cleaned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
