Who we are looking for:

We are looking for YOU to create fun, exciting, and cool experiences for our guests while educating them on our award-winning products. Bottom line – if we don’t put a smile on every guest’s face, we haven’t done our job. Our mission is to bring flavor and spice to food and to life one dash, one shake, and one taste at a time! This is the most fun retail management position in the universe! We love people who like food and love people. You have a positive attitude, adventurous spirit, and are awesome at multi-tasking. You also have a high level of integrity, are a natural problem solver, and have a strong desire to learn about all our AWESOME products! Big bonus points for flexibility/adaptability. Proven success as a retail store manager is strongly preferred.

How you will make an impact:

• Hiring, coaching, motivating a small but mighty team of Hot Sauce Enthusiasts
• Providing store administration and ensuing compliance of all policies and procedures
• Maintaining outstanding store appearance
• Maintaining store inventory levels and merchandising (must be able receive pallets and lift up to 50 pounds)
• Providing innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience
• Conducting performance reviews
• Being the model of the Pepper Palace Experience
• Exhibiting excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Additional duties as assigned
