What you will be doing (20-34hrs / open avail. Fri-Sundays 7am-11pm and during the week Monday- Thursday either 8am-4pm or 3pm 11ppm )

The position is a very Physical position. Lifting is involved of 40 pounds constantly.

If you have ever been to an ikea, customers shop ikea and visit our showrooms first

where we display room by room of bedrooms sets, living rooms , kitchens and dining rooms. Then everybody end up in the warehouse . it is in a warehouse setting where all the big brown boxes of

furniture are housed. That is where you will be stationed if you get hired. You are greeting them and assisting them find the locations of their items in the warehouse. It is a customer warehouse. You will help lift and carry and put the boxes on carts, and get them set to pay. They might want a delivery, you will assist them with that.

Other duties include maintaining the warehouse locations. Items are in a specific aisle and bin number location. You will clean and organize those areas to keep inventory tight. Most sets have box 1 of 3 big boxes so your main focus is to make sure customers take all their boxes in that item category. They might take 2 of 3 and the inventory is compromised. So having a key eye for detail is critical.

They will ask you about this job at the interview to make sure you have a full understanding . so be prepared to talk about the duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.20 - $23.00 per hour
