We are committed to providing top notch customer service and great products to the greater Carrollton area and the communities of Ray County, Livingston County, Saline County, La fayette County, Caldwell County, and Chariton County of Central Missouri. We aim to provide the best electrical, plumbing, hardware, fasteners, hand and power tools, automotive, paint and sundries, gift and décor, gas and pellet grills, lumber and building materials. We don’t stop there, we help find solutions to help customers build, maintain, and entertain where they live and to impact and grow the communities we serve. We offer over 67,000 items through our warehouse that can be shipped to your door, or to our store! Other services provided are UPS shipping and drop off location, key cutting, glass cutting, propane refills and delivery..

We are looking for a manager with excellent leadership skills to oversee one of our retail locations. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented and dynamic leader with a proven track record of achieving excellence in store operations. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the challenge of achieving a high level of customer satisfaction as well as employee morale, and will enjoy the support of the local management team while also making their own decisions and delegating tasks to team members.

Responsibilities:

• Hire quality employees.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Ensure that the store is stocked with inventory.
• Adhere to company regulations and policies.
• Collaborate and communicate with staff to resolve problems.
• Write and distribute the weekly schedule.
• Work the register and be friendly to customers.
• Order and display merchandise.
• Personal shopper.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,157.00 - $42,368.00 per year
