Revenue Accounting Associate
The Revenue Accounting Associate is a core team member of the Revenue Accounting Team. The Revenue Accounting Team is responsible for ensuring all revenue is captured at month end. The Revenue Accounting Associate will work closely with Customers, Sales Representatives, and other internal departments with inquiries regarding revenue.
Your role:
- Maintains and updates weekly/monthly reports to allow monitoring of outstanding billable inventory as it relates to consignment /WNFU
- Review and process case sheets in ERP database in order to record revenue for consignment and WFNU sales
- Generate/initiate debit and/or credit memos to invoice customers
- Research and resolve account billing discrepancies
- Review sales transactions recorded in ERP system for accuracy and ensure corrections are made as needed
- Order Corrections/Phantoms
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Process inventory transfer requests
- Process scrap inventory requests
What we are looking for:
- Associated Degree Preferred
- Four (4) years or more Customer Service experience to include phone and email communication with direct and indirect customers
Competencies:
- Microsoft Office tools required
- Project participation experience highly desired
- SAP and sales order processing preferred
- Fluent English written and spoken
