Organization:

A rapidly growing, national med-tech company in operation for ten years.

Position:

The Revenue Cycle Management Representative (RCM rep) is responsible for department efficiency of timely claim submission and carrier follow up. This role is responsible for patient registration, insurance verification, billing and follow up with carriers and attorneys. The RCM rep will handle all billing calls from carriers, patients and attorneys while adhering to HIPPA guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Patient registration/intake

- Verifying worker compensation or auto coverage

- Verifying worker compensation case status with Attorneys

- Ensure correct submission of both electronic and paper claims.

- Monitor electronic claim submission tracking.

- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from/to carriers and attorneys.

- Timely follow up to secure timely claim payment.

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.

- 3-5 years revenue cycle billing experience. 3 years workers compensation experience preferred.

- Working knowledge of excel spreadsheets.

- Strong organization and analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work a high volume of accounts while maintaining accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
