As a Revenue Cycle Manager with AgeSTRONG, you will be overseeing the credentialing of locations and therapists, assisting with patient intake process, complete insurance verification and authorizations, while completing billing and collections on patient accounts.

Additional job duties include:
- Collaborating with clinic Rehab Directors and Office Managers to ensure appropriate billing information and claim management.
- Work closely with Consonus Denial & Appeal Coordinator to assist with payment of denied claims and work collaboratively on a resolution.
- Maintain therapist profiles and NPIs, CAQH and internal spreadsheets
- Complete the process to credential clinics with Medicare.

- Knowledge of insurance guidelines including Medicare, Medicaid, HMO/PPO and Commercial payers, familiar with CPT and ICD.10 coding, experience with medical billing. Certified Coder and Therapy Billing experience preferred.
- Experience in a medical office, on the administrative-side, is preferred.
- Familiar with Waystar clearinghouse website. Familiar with revenue cycle management software and ability to become proficient in Net Health RCM and Direct Bill software as well as Alinea Engage.
