RMS, Inc. serves adults with autism and developmental disabilities in several community-based homes and adult day centers throughout Cincinnati.

The RN Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high quality services and supports.

• Plans, directs and coordinates health and wellness services.

• Hires, trains and supervises a small nursing department of approx. 150 hours of nursing coverage per week.
• Conducts quality assurance activities.
• Facilitates communication and serves as liaison between and among nursing, programmatic and direct care staff, community medical providers, and professional consultants.
• Ensures compliance with company, state and federal requirements.
• Provides training to staff including including medication administration.
• Provides direct care services as needed, including, but not limited to, passing medications and monitoring individual health status

The RN Supervisor is a full-time, salaried position.

• Monday-Friday flexible schedule.
• Occasional evenings/weekends when necessary to support the operations of the department.
• On-call with company provided phone.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Minimum of three (3) years RN experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
