Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center RN Case Managers:

• Are only required to work 6-8 weekends per year
• Are only required to work 1 holiday per year
• Will never be mandated to work overtime
• Do not work rotating shifts

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of MN
• CPR certified
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with staff, patients, and families
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
