We are seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Supervisor (RNCS) to join our team. Serving Prince William County, Springfield, and Burke areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care and operations management experience. A high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and compassionate leadership qualities are must-haves. Must be able to think critically and adapt quickly to new situations.

The RNCS is responsible for supervising and providing oversight on the clinical portion of the other departments and doing skilled visits with clients. The position is ultimately responsible and accountable for the nursing care received by our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Skilled Nursing clients and the clinical aspect of the Personal Care services and Medical Staffing departments, including implementing new policies and procedures as needed.
• Ensuring that care is delivered appropriately, and the standards of quality are adhered to.
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and joint commission regulations.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education,
• Start of Care Assessments, Reassessments, skilled visits, participating in creating client's care plans and ensuring they are followed.
• Communicating with families, clients, and physicians as needed
• Overseeing onboarding, and development of nursing staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience and at least three years of clinical experience
• Register Nurse from an accredited College or University. BSN preferred.
• Current Virginia State Registered Nurse License in good standing
