The Registered Nurse in our Senior Behavioral Unit collaborates with other care providers including the treating psychiatrist. To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the continuum.
Moses Taylor campus is located in the Historic Hill Section just East of Downtown Scranton where you will find great local restaurants, a cultural center hosting many cultural events such as (Plays, Musicians and Comedians) and close by to the Scranton/Wilkes Barre RailRiders (NY Yankees AAA Baseball) and the Wilkes Barre Penguins (minor league ice hockey affiliate of Pittsburgh Penguins)
Moses Taylor campus is patient- and community-focused. As Lackawanna County's first choice for labor and delivery, Moses Taylor is known for its pediatric and neonatal care and was the first hospital in the nation to earn Perinatal Care Certification by The Joint Commission.
Moses Taylor is the first hospital in the Commonwealth Health system to offer endobronchial ultrasound services (EBUS) - full on-site operative services including advanced endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound and endobronchial ultrasound. EBUS is a less invasive technique that uses ultrasound along with bronchoscope to visualize airway wall and structures to diagnose and stage lung cancer and to determine if it has spread to other parts of the body.
Shift Hours: 7p-7:30a, 36 hours per week, every other weekend and every other Holiday
- Current license to practice professional nursing issued by the State of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR Certification
