Incredible nanny NEEDED for AMAZING family in* West Hollywood!* The family has* 4 children* (10. 4, 2, and 3 months old-who has her own baby nurse for the next 6 months) and are seeking a true team player who can join their tight-knit rotational childcare team. Typical schedule is 6:45 am-7:45pm daily and will be 2 weeks on/2week off and you will rotate those shifts with a second nanny, except for summers when the family travels to London, St Barts, etc.- you will be expected to work 6 days, one day off. The family also has a Monday-Friday nanny, weekend nanny, and full time housekeepers. This is a live-out position, all members of the team must be highly flexible, willing to stay late (and work overnights when parents are traveling solo), as well as trade shifts with teammates as needed. Accommodations, as well as all expenses, will be provided while traveling. Annual target compensation is $90K-$110K annually based on experience + health insurance stipend.
Duties will include all things child-related: getting the older children out the door in the morning(breakfast made, lunches packed, teeth brushed, etc.), coordinating playdates, planning activities, packing/unpacking for travel, preparing simple kid-friendly meals and snacks, driving the children to and from activities, school/bus drop off and pick up, light housekeeping related to the children, bedtime routines and all things related to the safety and well being of the children. The ideal candidate for this role has strong experience with three or more children, loves working as part of a driven team, is confident and patient, is highly personable with excellent social skills, is used to* travel/not easily flustered, a strong swimmer* (there is a pool on the property) and knows how to work with an involved mom and take direction/follow her lead.
