Requirements:This position requires the following:
- Prior experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Confident and highly social personality
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Delivering food from expo line to guests at bar and tables
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of all food and beverage items
- Ensuring dining room stays clean: floors swept, tables/chairs/furniture wiped down
- Understanding of dining room stations
- Supporting service staff
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Team oriented attitude
- Other duties as assigned by management team
