Description:Runner
The Runner position is responsible for supporting team members working the field and spontaneously to on-site requests of departments and guests.
Essential Functions:

• Moves large and heavy objects such as carts, large linen bags, ironing boards, furniture, and mattresses.
• Responds promptly to requests from guests and internally.
• Delivers items to guests, housekeeping staff, and maintenance in a timely manner.
• May be required to assist in general housekeeping duties such as cleaning hot tubs, bathrooms, kitchens, and making beds.
• May be required to assist other departments as needed.
• May be required to change hot tub filters.
• Complete requests and upload photos to applicable software.
• Performs other duties which may be assigned by a supervisor.

Physical Demands: Sitting –5% Walking/Standing – 95%. Required to stoop, bend, stretch, twist, and reach. Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Must be able to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Mental Demands: Organize, multi-task, and problem solve.
Environmental: Regular exposure to the elements.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position. Varies based upon business needs. Ability to work a varied schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Reliable transportation (Ability to travel from location to location while working as needed)
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a background screening.

Requirements:Qualifications and Experience:

• 6 months of experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry. Preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
