TerritorySales/Account Manager
Purpose
Portalp manufactures automatic and manual sliding doors, automatic swinging door operators, activating devices for automated pedestrian doors, commercial garage door operators, and specialty doors that are distributed throughout North America.
Chain of Command

* Immediate supervisor: National Sales Manager
Missions and Activities
- Actively grow Portalp’s presence through prospective and existing customers.
- Deliver consultative and value-based selling focused on positioning Portalp products.
- Identify key prospects and contacts within the territory.
- Develop and manage key relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Educate existing and prospective customers on current and upcoming products
- As an integral member of the national sales team, participate in the development of sales plans, strategies, and tactics.
- Provide feedback about our products, competitor’s products, and competitive landscape to appropriate internal personnel for strategic planning purposes.
- Attend Trade Shows, Conferences and scheduled meetings as required.
- Carry out routine tasks accurately to meet sales goals.
- Consistently maintain and update CRM.

- Efficiency in Office 365 suite and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of Civil construction practices in the territory, aluminum fabricators sales process within the supply chain, construction operations, data platforms within the industry.
- Business planning skills related to sales and account management.
- Ability to work independently.
Education and Qualifications
- Candidate must live in his/her sales territory.
- Domestic travel is required, occasional International travel only when specifically required. Seasonably extended hours are necessary.
- Candidate must have a clean background check with driving record and ability to perform extensive driving.
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
- Three to five years of industry sales experience.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,611.00 - $60,000.00 per year
