Your Part in it:

As our Sales Ambassador you will be responsible for operating as our primary account management contact with your respective customer accounts. Promoting company products and services to prospective and existing clients. Driving customer loyalty and business retention. In addition, tasked with setting the precedent for the sales team and providing support to less experienced sales ambassadors as needed.

What the Job Entails:

  • Executes sales and education of Diverse wine portfolio to on and off-premise accounts
  • Maintains deep knowledge of MISA products and accounts
  • Bolsters & builds on existing Customer relationships
  • Commits to continuous learning in the areas of Wine & Sales
  • Expands account base monthly
  • Explores new opportunities weekly allowing for MISA’s market expansion
  • Discovers and identifies customer business growth needs
  • Develops a business growth plan for each customer
  • Completes inventory management
  • Handles Sales Order Management
  • Forecasts customer product needs
  • Performs product procurement and fulfillment
  • Participates in sales meetings, on-site trainings, and supplier events
  • Trains MISA sales team in areas of customer relationships, portfolio features, and benefits
  • Supports onboarding of new MISA sales team members
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Relevant experience in Wine and Spirits preferred
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to foster positive relationships
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to consistently set goals and objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
