Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales and Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and grow our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and ultimately closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the architecture and construction industries, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing the market, potential clients, and competitors.
2. Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to effectively promote DRAMS Architects' services and brand.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
5. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and events to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
3. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of the architecture and construction industries, including trends, technologies, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: $45,126.95 - $167,160.21 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
