Job description

SUMMARY:

  • Support customer inquiries and manage customer accounts
  • Monitor customer supplier portals for demand changes and shipping schedules
  • Process purchase orders, sales orders and invoice customers
  • Monitor order progress from receipt to final shipment
  • Create commercial invoices and provide documents for export shipments
  • Create customer monthly reports including open order, inventories, etc.
  • Support customer product allocation process; work with Sales team and customer to ensure timely inputs for monthly production schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of SAP extremely beneficial
  • Strong background with Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and meet deadlines.

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years inside sales account management or customer service experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lincolnshire, IL 60069: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
