We are looking for someone who is passionate about relationships and building business. This position is only successful when you can invest and foster genuine relationships with our customers and sales reps. Our goal is to make their retail locations successful and their buying experience easy and fun. A level of creativity goes a long way as you will be helping sales reps and buyers plan their selling season. The ability to offer creative programs and suggestions for their stores is a huge plus!
The person we are looking for will be sales-minded, enthusiastic, and resourceful - with the customers' ultimate success in mind. Must be able to manage deadlines, prioritize in busy season and travel to attend trade shows on an as-needed basis. We need a mature team player who can participate and facilitate meetings & independently work to resolve issues that arise. In addition, must be proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Your ability to utilize, manage, and analyze sales data (spreadsheets) is important to be successful in this role.
This position plays a critical role within our organization in support of our Director of Marketing & Sales with growth potential throughout the organization.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with possible overnight travel once or twice a year.
This position is based in our Lubbock, TX headquarters and the ideal candidate will live in Lubbock.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support for the Director of Marketing & Sales in relation to sales activities
- Assist with rep-owned key accounts
- Manage product listing and process orders received through Faire
- Support & drive our Zulily business alongside the CEO
- Create regular reports for customers on an as-needed basis
- Create reporting templates for the sales team to use in support of key account business
- Send weekly updates to the Director of Marketing & Sales on all projects worked, key focus areas, and weekly accomplishments/challenges
- Communicate Sales Priorities
- Order Tracking
- Problem Resolution
- Manage a small book of business
- Provide customer service to wholesale customers or sales reps as needed
- Create sales reports as requested via excel
- Create inventory reports as requested via excel
- Communicate and work closely with PD, art, photography, and warehouse on key accounts and special projects as needed
- Communicate and work closely with accounting and procurement on key accounts and special projects as needed
- Support any specialty/one-off projects as needed
- Handle high volume email correspondence
- Must be a Team Player
- Moderate Excel Experience
- Ability to muti-task
