Sales Associate/Key Holder Must be 18+

We are a Michigan based retail store with locations all throughout Metro Detroit. You can make up to $15/hr based on previous retail experience. Working with us is a blast, you are going to be able to be a part of a fun work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves neatly to maximize visibility.
• Assist customers with problems or concerns, and contact management as appropriate to assist.
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products.
• Provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues that could impact productivity.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Participate in taking store inventory counts.
• Stay up to date with new products.
• Create a positive and inviting environment for customers

Skills Needed:

• Basic math skills
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to lift, pull, carry, bend, reach, stand and walk about the store
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Able to work independently
• Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions, and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
• Ability to openly communicate about product knowledge in a professional tone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
