JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a selling position
- have a passion for the quality products and customer service including Dillard's exclusive brands
- Responsible for achieving personal sales goals
- Build clientele through repeat business
- Scheduling daily appointments to promote personal sales and department business
- Sales goal should be consistently achieved daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
- Team oriented
- Responsible for product knowledge training and implementation
- Possibility of full-time and benefits including vacation, holiday pay, health care, associate discount and 401k
- Physical demands include stand for continuous periods or time and lighting up to 15 pounds
- Regular attendance is required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in business development and sales events preferred
- 2 or more years of customer service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
