Do you have experience with Sales? Are you energetic, motivated, and reliable? A company in Sunbury are looking for someone to join their team on 1st shift! They are looking for someone to prepare, enter and coordinate orders and forecast with sales personnel, warehouse dept and the customer to ensure proper handling by providing good customer serviceRequirements:
HS Diploma/GED- REQUIRED
1-2 yrs of college or working towards a degree
Job Duties:
- Ensure Accuracy and on time delivery to assigned customers
- Prepare and enter approved customer forecast
- Prepare a Critical Parts list to expedite products
- Review all backorders and ensure proper shipment
- Types quotations for OTUS sales personnel
- Answers calls from OTUS customers to ensure prop handling of order forecast
- Assist OTUS Sales personnel
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Assist Sales Mgr to determine customer requirements
Six Months to one year in a customer service position
Must have direct customer contact, order, entry, Some MRP background preferred
PC experiences a must
Hours will be Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm. An interview will need conducted, and the pay will be based on experience. Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background and drug screening. Please call 740-393-6000 if you are interested!
