Business Development Coordinator / Internet Sales Agent
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to internet leads.
- 100+ Calls/Emails per day.
- Provide customers with initial product information & set sales appointments for the dealership.
- Follow up with all customers who have not yet purchased.
- Call for Appointment reminders, Missed appointments.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Overcome customer objections to set sales appointments.
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Willingness to work 50+ Hours per week.
