Simpson House is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and seasoned team. Job Specific Criteria

  • Routinely reviews the lead management database to identify and follow-up on leads from all sources
  • Maintains positive and understanding relationships with current residents and their family
  • Assists in identifying innovative events and methods to increase visitation of targeted groups
  • Obtains and maintains knowledge of competitors.
  • Communicates community features to best compete with competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Leads are already provided and are to be called by telephone to secure personal appointments and tours of the community
  • Conducts personal tours of the community for prospective residents and family
  • Explains fee structure in a manner that will be most meaningful and that will clearly reflect the benefits of prospective residents choices
  • Closes contractual arrangements
  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of change within the department and organization. Supports changes throughout the department and organization with both residents and staff.
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively monitor, manage and improve processes in order to meet or exceed Simpson House’s standards, benchmarks and best practices.
  • Demonstrates the ability to proactively anticipate and identify potential problems, issues and opportunities; analyze their implications and make appropriate and timely decisions based on such analysis, while seeking to understand the implications of decisions and their effect on the organization overall.
  • Demonstrates the ability to consistently monitor and manage his/her own time, respecting the time of peers and other staff members. Demonstrates effective and efficient management of staff schedules and meetings
  • Work in a team relationship with all staff within the Marketing Department and with the staff of all other departments
