The NJ Division of Merola Tile employs approximately 125 people and distributes tile in the U.S. and Canada through The Home Depot, independently owned tile showrooms, and numerous e-commerce retailers under the Merola Tile, SomerTile, and Elite Tile brand names. Here’s what you will do here

  • Understand, learn and interface with our 3rd party software platform to build our A+D division.
  • Create, grow, manage and track commercial and residential markets by following up on high volume inbound leads from A + D received through our 3rd party platform.
  • Create tool to record A+D leads, calendarize responses and measure success with each lead leveraged through our 3rd party platform.
  • Manage and refer leads as appropriate within Merola’s current distribution network. Measure success through follow-up and tracking on tool.
  • Engage and support Account Managers and our Distribution network with leads.
  • Provide management with weekly/monthly/quarterly recaps of performance while making actionable recommendations to management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through fast, trustworthy, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
  • Knowledgeable about all SomerTile products

You’re going to need this to carry out this job*

  • Material Bank knowledge preferred but not necessary.
  • A+D experience.
  • Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bend, sit or stand for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
