Leister Technologies, LLC has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing company. Position is full-time with competitive salary and benefits and is based in our Itasca, IL office.

Basic Function: Works with customers, team members and sales staff to ensure orders are processed in a correct and timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages all incoming EDI orders, and on occasion customer orders by phone, email or from sales personnel
• Processes and reviews orders for accuracy and when applicable, contacts customers or sales personnel regarding incorrect/missing information
• Transfers orders into SAP Business by Design ERP system, and ensures customer invoices are generated and distributed
• Assists in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Works closely with internal departments to ensure customer orders are completed in a timely fashion
• Maintains and updates sales and customer records
• Performs other sales and administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

· Excellent phone and written communication skills

· Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office

· 3+ or 5+ years of order processing experience

· 2+ years of EDI experience

· 3+ years of customer service experience

· SAP Business by Design or similar ERP experience

Practical Experience/Additional Skills:

· Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Flexibility to work independently and with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per hour
