A fast-growing women’s apparel the manufacturer is looking for a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our team for the following positions at downtown LA and Vernon.

Full Job Description – Sales Data Entry & Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in our ERP, reporting tools, sales teams, and processes
• Improve and maintain sales efficiency
• Provide day-to-day support for sales team's decision making
• Utilize Excel other tools to perform extensive data analysis
• Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
• Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of our sales team
• Diagnose and solve technical problems

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus within Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field (wholesale clothing industry is preferred)
• Advanced experience with Excel such as vlookups, nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, charts etc.
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Familiarity with ERP systems. Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
• Effective communicator who can speak with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Preferred Korean & English Speaker

QUALIFICATIONS; ​

· Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

· ​Must be organized and detail-oriented.

· Bi-lingual (English/Korean) preferred.
