Job description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will effectively promote the offerings of MetaSource and its partner divisions to a targeted audience. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, never stops learning, and is hungry to grow. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can quickly grasp complex solutions and services, and succinctly communicate the benefits.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand future vision and demand requirements.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute a plan to succeed at prospecting.
- Identify and develop new account opportunities via account research and calling prospective clients.
- Must be able to contact company decision makers and explain the benefits of Metasource solutions and services.
- Update and maintain the integrity of the new leads' information ensuring current and accurate company data, contacts and notes of interaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Can work in a fast paced start-up environment and manage multiple tasks
- Professional, team-player who is committed to helping the team meet there goals and their own
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Practiced phone skills; enthusiastic and professional communication
- Energy/Hunger for financial success
- Must be motivated to sell; closing sales through 60+outbound calls daily
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience and/or formal sales training a plus
