Overview:

The Sales Manager will report to the Director, Sales & Marketing and will be part of a growing sales team to support Beehive Industries' journey to continue to be the market leading provider of additive manufacturing solutions to the Investment Casting Industry. This role will have responsibility for developing sales across multiple territories and industries (to include aerospace, defense, space, energy, and related industries) and will be expected to sell directly to end users. The successful candidate must have experience selling highly technical products and services and must demonstrate a successful track record for achieving aggressive sales goals through a variety of methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify prospective IC customers in key segments
  • Utilize analytics to identify new sales opportunities and emerging trends in the investment casting market
  • Facilitate strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Ensure we continue to positively build the brand in all customer interactions Identify and deliver continuous improvement of our sales processes in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling highly technical products and services in the Investment Casting Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time for customer interactions, trade shows, internal meetings, etc.
  • Established reputation and relationships with established, industrial companies Knowledge of additive manufacturing to include materials and new product development process
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and agility in a growing company
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage a consultative approach to facility adoption of additive products and solutions
