Title: Sales/Production Floater
Reports to: Sales/Production Management
FLSA status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.50

Scope of Job Responsibilities
The Sales/Production Floater requires a flexible and adaptable employee with the qualifications and skills to perform various duties, including customer service and placing orders over the phone, problem-solving, data entry, and inventory duties. Must be proficient with computers and technology and enjoy multi-tasking.

Job Duties

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Process phone orders.
• Computer literate – Excel, Word, emails

Education/ Work Experience Required

• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service experience requiring excellent communication

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching., crawling, and sitting. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items over 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.
