Sales Representatives

We are hiring Sales Representatives to go over proposals with homeowners. We are looking for responsible individuals, with positive personalities who enjoy meeting families in their homes. We love closer, but solar sales itself. Once we show a homeowner the benefits of solar and we explain how much is saved by going solar, the rest is your winning personality, completing the documentation and making friends

This position pays well and you will sell a lot of it. You will work with an extremely supportive team, receive all the training to become successful, close not only your deals but also the appointment setters, door knockers deals, and have fun,

This position will provide you with plenty of free time and we do not micro-manage our team. We believe family is one of the most important parts of one's life and we do not want anyone to miss out on being with their children at special events or special occasions with family. Yes, we work hard, but we also feel you are going to want to enjoy some of the money you will make in the position.

Our team is 100% commission, except for incentives and spiffs are given out.

We do travel to different areas to work a few times a year, but if, someone does not want to travel or can not travel a week or two here and there, we have no problem with anyone staying and working in their home market. We have teams in Florida, California, Mcallen, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, and more coming. When traveling with the team, all expenses are paid and we have plenty of culture events. , Our company is the installer, so we don't have to have a 3rd party, take care of our installs. We have it covered.

I know if you come out for a day or two and see what it is all about, by shadowing our team throughout the day, you will understand why we love what we do.
