Our pool company seeks talented sales reps (commission only) to grow our business. We're looking for an individual that meets the following criteria:

- Sociable
- Proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Charismatic
- Owns a car and can transport themselves
- Strong salesmanship

We'll provide you with the contact information of potential leads for you to cold-call, email, visit, etc. Aside from those leads, you're free to find your own! This'll make you more money as long as they become our clients.

Additionally, we'll provide you with the necessary training that'll allow you to understand our services and how you can quote them. You'll be given business cards, marketing material with promos, and contracts for clients to sign.

We offer a scale incentive based on your results. It depends on how much work you put in and how many pools you pull as a result! Essentially, you'll earn a commission for every pool you earn for us (signed contract).

It can be as low as a 20% commission for one pool with a price range of $100-$180/pool to give you a potential commission of $20/$36 up to a 100% commission for 20 pools with the same price range for a potential commission of $2,000/$3,600.

Commissions will be calculated monthly, meaning your commissions will be reset to zero at the end of the month. We seek clients in Wellington, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Royal Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, and Hypoluxo Road (441 to Congress).
