RAM Mounts is experiencing rapid growth and needs a new Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We need talented people to work with our enterprise customers as we expand our operations. Demand for our products is at an all-time high and we want to capitalize on the market opportunities at hand.

A National Products, Inc. Sales Support Specialist role combines supporting account management, B2B customer service, and selling. Customer interaction includes providing lead times, working through order changes, entering orders, communicating information proactively, selling, supporting relationships at larger accounts, and managing relationships with smaller accounts. The Sales Support Specialist reports to the Sales Support Manager at our South Seattle head office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Handling inbound customer calls and emails

· Order entry and updates

· Supporting the account management team

· Capturing accurate and relevant information in the CRM

· Providing order status updates and other customer support requests

· Providing quotes to customers

· Providing product specifications and recommendations to customers

· Additional tasks related to the support of the sales department

Skills and Qualifications:

· Clear verbal and written communication skills

· Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment

· Proficient computer skills including MS Office and CRM software

· Excellent telephone sales and service skills

· Highly organized and efficient

· Excellent time management skills

· Energetic with a self-starter mentality

· Team player

Education and Qualifications:

· High school diploma required

· Degree from a 2 or 4-year accredited university preferred

· Inside sales experience preferred

This is a full time, on-site position located in our South Seattle office, but is currently remote due to COVID-19.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
