Actively participate in ongoing development of the Salesforce Marketing cloud application by serving as a builder/administrator • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify enhancements & new capabilities to meet their business needs within the Salesforce Marketing cloud platform • Manage consultant developers to execute new projects, prioritize their work, answer their questions, & act as the project manager • Manage the Service Now queue of production support tickets for the Salesforce Marketing platform • Assist end-users with error troubleshooting & support for the Salesforce Marketing cloud platform • Make recommendations regarding system standards & end user procedures • Develop & provide training to colleagues on how to use advanced application functionality to allow for self-service • Monitor & evaluate new Salesforce release features and functionality & provide recommendations for process improvement • Ensure compliance with all regulations & policies REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required • 8+ yrs of exp. in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Platforms and Digital Transformation • Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & experience working in the Scaled Agile Framework • Extensive exp. with Journey Builder, Automation studio, Web studio, Email studio & Audience Builder • Certifications for Marketing cloud Admin, Marketing cloud Email specialist and/or Salesforce Admin • In depth understanding of the capabilities & constraints of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud & connectivity to Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud • Ability to connect to overall business strategy & design & execute on department strategy • Able to build successful relationships with all levels of staff & management. • Comfortable working independently in an evolving & changing environment • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve customer & client challenges • Strong research, troubleshooting, & problem-solving skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44.33 - $50.00 per hour
