Job description

Great Clips of North Ridgeville is seeking a Salon Manager with an active cosmetology license.

Compensation Range: $22-$45 per hour including incentives, commissions and tips

Qualifications

  • Valid Ohio cosmetology license
  • Available to work during peak hours, including nights and weekends
  • Professional attitude, outgoing personality, team-player

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through consultations, to provide the desired haircut
  • Make schedules, place supply orders, coach stylists
  • Work with General Manager and Franchisee to achieve salon goals
  • Maintain a clean salon environment within the State Board Guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
