• Work closely with business stakeholders such as IT, sales, accounting, tax, logistics and purchasing departments to ensure master data operations meet all business requirements
• Assist in data integrity checks and audits as needed to ensure master data is globally consistent, meeting business needs and Master Data processes are in compliance with policies and procedures at GDT such as the authority to commit (ATC)
• Manages, analyzes and resolves business issues and revisions to best meet the internal and external customer requirements
• Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to define and implement data governance strategies to ensure that master data is consistent, secure and accurate globally
• Ensure master data in all systems is aligned in order to support ongoing maintenance as needed through assuring data integrity by testing and validating in QA environments
• Documents and updates approved best practices for all areas of responsibility as needed or determined by management
