Scrum Master experience and skills

· Servant leader & scrum coach of the team.

· Expert in knowing & executing Scrum principles and best practices to help their team to deliver quality working software faster.

· Promote self-organization through continual improvement
Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint execution: Daily stand-ups, sprint review, sprint retrospective, user story refinement & sprint planning,
• Remove impediments & shield teams from distractions
• Coach team members & stakeholders in scaled agile framework
• Promote collaboration & full team participation in sprint execution
• Assist team in creating a PI plan in PI Planning
• Represent team in scrum of scrums
• Resolve team-level conflicts
• Guide team to promote scrum execution maturity
• Help team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Requirements and skills

• Three+ years of Scrum master experience
• One+ years of scrum master experience working with scaled agile
• Two+ years working with a software development team
• Knows scaled agile techniques & artifacts
• Great communication & servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving & conflict-resolution ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, business or similar field
• Must have 1 scrum master certification from the following: CSM, PSM, SSM
• SA or SPC certification a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Scaled Agile Framework: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• SA or SPC certification (Required)
