Provide Director of Health Services with a full range of administrative, programmatic and special project support in a fast paced environment. This position is full time, and the administrative backbone of the clinical department!

Some Essential Job Functions:

• Document resident status as per policy.
• Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Scheduling of all clinical staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the admission of new residents and provide overall admin support to the clinical department.

Qualifications - External

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

· Minimum on (1) year experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION OR OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

· Rotating On Call Schedule with Director of Health Services
