*Please note this is not a Guidance Counselor position. This is a Clinical Therapist position within the Baltimore County schools.*

Balance Point Wellness, LLC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, equine-facilitated therapy, and wellness services (acupuncture and nutrition services) to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Overlea, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team. Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified full-time licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, or Psychologist) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Baltimore County schools.

If interested, this position can be either a 10-month position on school schedules or a 12-month position, split between our school-based program and one of our clinics or telehealth.

Salary Range:

$50,000 and up for 12-month employees*

*Range is dependent on clinical experience

W2 employees can earn up to 5 weeks of PTO

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Managed assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Completes psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
• Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management
