Job description
SCF will work directly with FCS middle and high school students and parents/guardians to provide Restorative Practices and Conflict Resolution for student/student, student/staff, and parent/community issues that directly impact the school setting. SCF will facilitate restorative circles and conferences daily/weekly, make appropriate referrals to outside agencies and partners, coordinate outside agency supports on site for specific student(s) needs, as well as facilitate in school supports for students who are experiencing conflict. These supports can include but are not limited to restorative circles, conflict resolution, leveraging on site mental health partner, gang prevention/intervention, substance abuse, and anger management. SCF will seek and secure outside resources and establish a relationships with key community partners and stakeholders.

Pay: $250.00 - $300.00 per day
