NexGen Data Systems is seeking a ScrumMaster who can add significant value to a team of motivated, self-directed individuals for the planning and production support of MCTIMS cloud migration functions. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, operate with a sense of urgency and be highly detail oriented.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assign, track, and support task responsibilities to project team members.
- Manage internal and external client expectations. Identify, assess, and minimizes project risks to successful project completion.
- Analyze and document current processes and workflows.
- Work as an integral part of the Cloud Technical Services team to act as an Agile 'servant leader' for Scrum and Kanban teams across Cloud Project Teams.
- Execute/Coach Agile Scrum ceremonies/practices for multiple projects. I.e., Scrum Master, Backlog development, sprint planning, standups, etc.
- Participate in Risk Management, evaluate risk levels, and implications at the Project level.
- Participate in Configuration Management practices.
- Support and execute all applicable phases of project lifecycle including: initiation, planning, execution, monitor/control, and close-out as required for any waterfall efforts.
- Coordinate and track the execution of project activities across team members and facilitate meetings, phone conferences, and establishment of working groups as needed.

Desired/Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of professional experience with Agile Framework/Tools (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is required.
- 4 -6 years’ experience working with technical personnel in an AWS environment is required.
- Scrum Master certification is required.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) required.
- Experience working in an AWS business environment preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable with exceptional work ethic.
- Detail oriented with self-motivated attitude.
- Collaborative, team focus to support cohesive work team.
- Ability to handle competing priorities with high expectations in a team-oriented environment.
- Secret Clearance required.
