We are seeking an exceptional agilest to be a Scrum Master within the GRM U.S. Digital Dialog portfolio. This role involves supporting multiple high-performing squads within the Digital Dialog portfolio to accelerate capability delivery. The squads in this space partner closely with other technology squads and business subject-matter experts to enable event-driven workflow driving core strategic capabilities for the omnichannel chatbot lifecycle. Initiatives within this space are forecast to drive millions of dollars in annual savings for our business, as well as enhance the chat experience to delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee scrum process and coach the team(s) on how best to use scrum and Agile practices
- Facilitate transparency, inspection, and adaption
- Manage interdependencies between agile teams.
- Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
- Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, leadership visibility, appropriate prioritization, and to keep the backlog healthy and prepared for execution.
- Shield the teams from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
- Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery (e.g. cultural barriers, logistic challenges, process gaps, etc.).
- Champion continuous improvement activities to increase productivity; coach squads to conduct continuous improvement events
- Communicate organizational impediments to leadership, clear impediments for the team
- Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the team(s) you coach
- Teach systems thinking and servant leadership
- Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team.
- Problem solving, analytical, creative, and innovative thinking.
- Teamwork and collaboration; interpersonal skills. Allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
- Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies & tools (Jira / Jenkins / GitHub).
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.)
- 5+ years related experience in Scrum and/or Agile framework
- Scrum certification, equivalent training, and/or experience
- Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks with digital channel applications in product development and delivery organization
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Influence people at various levels; possess an executive presence
- Sound understanding of Scaling framework such as LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
