What You Will Do

The Scrum Master/Product Owner will be responsible for implementing the Agile best practices, coach software development team, work closely with all stakeholders to create product backlog, facilitate Scrum meetings, track project status, deliverables, budget, and prepare and present status reports to the management.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement Agile best practices.
• Coach Team members.
• Work closely with all stakeholders and create detailed product backlog.
• Facilitate Backlog grooming, Spring planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Daily Standups meetings.
• Work with team to understand impediments and resolve in timely manner.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables and improve processes to increase the capacity of the team.
• Track project status, deliverables, and financials.
• Keep management informed of project status, timelines Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders Create a reporting framework for management to keep them informed of the project status and timelines.

Required Experience/ Skills

• Experience as both a 1. Scrum Master AND 2. Product Owner in Software Development for combined total of 3+ years.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Process and frameworks.
• Experience in managing Product Backlog, Backlog grooming, Spring Planning, and execution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, mentoring and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution ability.
• Software Development experience and SAFe® certification is a plus.
