We're hiring a Senior Scrum Master!

About this position

The Sr. Scrum Master role at Plexus Worldwide is responsible for providing effective collaboration, facilitation, and leadership between scrum teams and other teams and departments at Plexus. As a Sr. Scrum Master, you are responsible for enforcing and coaching the agile principles and setting and refining the process and implementation of those principles. The Sr. Scrum Master is also responsible for helping to identify and remove impediments and promoting empowerment through self-organizing/managing teams.

What you'll do

• You guide up to 3 teams as the Scrum Master.
• You assess the Scrum maturity of the teams and organization and coach both to a higher level of maturity at a sustainable pace.
• You assist in educating other business groups and teams on implementing Agile effectively and how to interface with Agile teams.
• You establish, define and uphold Agile values and principles, including collaboration, fostering a culture of self-organization and openness, continuous improvement, and flexibility to adapt to emerging business needs.
• You remove impediments by direct action or guiding the team to remove barriers by finding the proper personnel.
• You monitor scrum processes and updates with the scrum teams, as/when needed, to ensure and continue quality and efficiency.
• You establish, review and update backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity trends, and task definitions.

You should have

• High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree or relative experience is preferred.
• You have 5-7 years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• You have experience in a SAFe environment. Experience guiding an organization through scaling Agile.
• You have experience with Agile techniques such as ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Pair Programming.
• You have CSM Certification.
