Passport Health is offering an excellent opportunity to help your community while making some extra money. Passport Health is currently hiring for the following positions:

• Registered Nurses
• Licensed Practical Nurses

From August to December, many companies across the U.S. hire Passport Health and its excellent team of nurses to come onsite and provide flu vaccinations and/or biometric screenings. These events are a great way to help employees stay healthy all year long.
Passport Health is currently searching for RN's and LPN's who are interested in joining our amazing nursing team across the country to aide in administering these vaccinations and services.
Clinics are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are subjective to the nurse's personal schedule. You are never obligated to work a clinic - you schedule yourself when your personal schedule permits. This allows for countless opportunities to pick up extra shifts, hours, and income on a per diem basis.
All nurses will have clinical, administrative and customer service responsibilities in a role that requires a high degree of professionalism.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up your clinic supplies at the site location
• Ensuring that each employee signs in and completes a consent form
• Administering vaccinations and properly disposing of sharps using Passport Health's protocol and medical waste containers
• Cleaning up after your scheduled clinic and packing the supplies back up for their scheduled pickup.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Possess a valid, unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN)
• Hold a current, basic CPR certification
• Have basic technological skills (operating an iPad, clocking-in via a cellular device, etc.)
• Be able to work in a professional, efficient manner
• Be comfortable and confident working independently
• Maintain consistent communication with our schedulers

This is a seasonal, per diem job. But, there are some opportunities for growth and advancement as Passport Health opens new offices across the U.S. All Passport Health flu nurses will be seasonal contracted, 1099 employees.
