McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Securities Attorney to join our expanding Corporate & Tax Group. This position allows for a hybrid remote work schedule with regular presence in one of our office locations.

McNees’ securities attorneys offer securities counseling on behalf of issuers, as well as investors. The successful candidate in this role will advise companies and investors on securities law and have significant experience with all aspects of private securities offerings.

Candidates should have the following: 

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar licensure in good standing
• 5+ years of securities experience as well as significant experience with sophisticated business and transactional matters and a partial roster of committed clients
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proactive, highly motivated, and detail oriented
