Job Title: Security Officer

Pay: $16.00ph

Location: Kissimmee, FL

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Shifts: 2 AM (7:45am - 4:15pm) 2 PM (3:45pm - 12:15am)

Job Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of resort events, dining options, outlet hours, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service while verifying identification of all guests, members, and visitors entering property
• Perform a wide range of security functions including, but not limited to, patrolling, incident reports, responding to calls, assisting guests, members, and employees, etc.
• Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
• Partner with HR for incident reports, investigations, etc.
• Assist with providing traffic and safety enforcement of vehicles driving on property
• Completing any other task/duties assigned

• Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
• Security experience of at least 1 year is preferred. Large luxury resort/hotel experience is a plus
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and run for long periods of time
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class D Security License within 30 days of employment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid DL is required
