Studio 3 Marketing LLC is looking for a Senior Accountant for a full-time position.

With 150 employees and locations in Austin, Los Angeles and Tampa Bay, Studio 3 is a rapidly expanding digital marketing company on the forefront of marketing for medical aesthetics, legal, multi-location groups and national brands, with over 700 clients nationally. We are looking for a Senior Accountant for our financial department - must be full-time, ideally based in Austin TX and able to commute to our office on a hybrid schedule.

Must have at least 3 years experience in accounting with corporate (not solely personal) experience in QB.

Position Summary:

Accounts Payable:

• Maintains vendor database, contacts vendors, completes credit applications for new vendors, processes’ all invoices and credit card receipts for payment.
• Matches invoices, receipts, and statements. Codes invoices using current chart of accounts expense codes.
• Enters accounts payable on a daily basis as invoices are received and matches invoices to statement when received.
• Runs A/P session reports weekly for approval prior to posting. After batch approval, Senior Accountant will post batch and select A/P invoices for payment. A/P files will be maintained on a fiscal year basis.

Payroll:

• Process bi-monthly payroll and handle all payroll accruals. Reconciles bi-monthly timesheets. Calculate monthly Commissions and Bonuses.
• Coordinates bills for healthcare, life insurance, short/long term disability, worker’s compensation and 401K contributions.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconciles daily bank uploads and distributes credit card uploads to office managers for coding.

Accounts Receivable:

• Assists AR specialist with contacting sales/production and vendors to resolve billing/payment problems.
• Prepares monthly journal entries as needed and verifies revenue report for accuracy.
• Reconciles accounts receivable to General Ledger.

All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields with 3+ years of experience in accounting field
• Advanced knowledge, with 3+ years in QuickBooks, Excel and Google sheets
• Experience with Airtable is a plus
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to function in a team-oriented environment

Salary range is $75,000-85,000 depending on experience.
