We are currently hiring a talented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with leadership qualities to join a growing team with a large manufacturer located in Minneapolis, Minnesota!

Responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist include:

• High volume, full cycle Account Payable
• Processing invoices due for payment, data entry of invoices, check requests, refund requests
• Being a "go to" resource for the team to help resolve issues, research discrepancies, work logjams, prioritize work, etc.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and supporting documents
• Assist with month-end tasks and more

Who qualifies for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist role?

• 2 year degree preferred
• 3+ years of recent full cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Experience working in a high volume environment
• Proven ability to self-motivate and motivate others
• Positive attitude with a willingness to be flexible and help others

How much will you earn as the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist?

• Starting pay is $30 - $35 per hour
